Six CDF projects under Mazabuka Central Constituency have been commissioned.
The projects were commissioned yesterday by the District Commissioner, Mr Oliver Mulomba who was representing the Area Member of Parliament, Hon. Garry Nkombo.
The projects were completed under the Constituency Development Fund for 2021 and 2022 which include; Staff House at Nanga Secondary School in Nega-Nega Ward, (1×2) Classroom Block at Hillside Primary School in Bennie Mwiinga Ward, Two Boats, one was bought under Disaster Management CDF component and the other under Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit at Shimungalu in Nakambala Ward, Staff House at Kachembele Primary School in Mugoto Ward, Staff House at Kangila Clinic in Chizobo Ward and a Water Tank at Dimba Clinic in Chizobo Ward.
The event was also graced by the Deputy Mayor of Mazabuka,Cllr. Saul Mwiinga.Councilors from Mazabuka Central Constituency and the Mazabuka Municipal Council Acting Town Clerk, Mr. Allan Mwiinde were present.
Others present were the Mazabuka Municipal Council Management and Staff, the District Health Director, the District Education Board Secretary, Headteachers, Mazabuka Constituency Development Fund Committee Chairperson and Committee Members, Ward Development Committee Chairpersons, UPND officials, residents of Mazabuka and Pupils.
